- Shifts rotate throughout the week
- Note:
Set schedules are not available. Schedules are determined by unit clinical staffing needs. - High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
AND one of the following: - Enrollment in a professional nursing RN program with successful completion of the first semester (including nursing fundamentals clinical)
- Graduation from a Nursing Assistant or Aide training program within the past year (certificate required)
- At least one year of recent experience (within the past two years) as a care partner, nursing assistant, or patient‑care technician
- One year of previous acute‑care experience in a hospital setting

- Support unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.

About the DepartmentOur Trauma ICU unit specializes in caring for Level I Trauma patients from the Middle Tennessee area, covering more than 66,000 square miles. Patients focus on acute, multisystem; we care for head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spokes and orthopedic injuries—and prepare them for return to society. Staff work as a dedicated team, reacting quickly, thinking critically, and managing eser from admission to discharge.
