Job Summary:

Village Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Linden, Tennessee, is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER,
you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home
, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.

CAREGIVER Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
• Record and maintain accurate documentation ofдәй residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

CAREGIVER Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experience
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Must pass a background check
