Assist with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

• PRN – Time Night Shift: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
• PRN staff are required to work a minimum of four 12‑hour shifts every six weeks;_FACTOR candidates must commit to a full‑time orientation period (three 12‑hour shifts per week) for the first four weeks of employment.
• All Employees (night shift & PRN included) must attend hospital orientation during regular daytime hours during the first week of employment.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Current enrollment in a professional nursing RN program with successful completion of the first semester (including nursing fundamentals clinical)
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant or Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate of completion required)
• Minimum of one year of recent experience within the past two years as a care partner, nursing assistant, or patient care technician

Preferred:

• One year of previous experience in a hospital setting

• Assist with day‑to‑day delivery of patient care.
• Facilitate efficient and safe patient care and flow by following work‑area standards.
• Serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Support unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment and unit environmentalоян standards.

  Limited experience or training in setup and maintenance of patient examination rooms, supplies, and equipment.
• Care Partner Patient Documentation (Fundamental Awareness):
  Limited experience or training in clinical applications for patient documentation.
• Clinical Competencies (Novice):
  Demonstrates sufficient fundamental souvenirs to assist and perform clinical care, including but not limited to vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, medication administration, and point‑of‑care testing as directed by unit standards.
• Planning & Organizing (Fundamental Awareness):
  Demonstrates ability to anticipate basic resource needs, identify discrete tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work for own assignments and responsibilities.
