WHAT YOU DO
You stay busy and complete tasks efficiently. You provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming appearance in the spa locker areas, fitness center, and relaxation lounge. You anticipate guests’ needs, assist with spa tours, and ensure product availability in the spa guest areas.
QualificationsWHO YOU ARE
You are reliable and proactive, able to anticipate needs and act before being asked. You maintain a well-groomed appearance in a luxury environment. You possess strong people skills and a genuine desire to provide service. You think creatively to solve problems and have previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
