Hospitality Ambassador (AM / PM Shifts Available)

Location: Puckett’s – Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Reports to: General Manager



Role Overview

Puckett’s is all about friendly Southern hospitality — and we’re looking for cheerful, engaging Hospitality Ambassadors to help make that happen! Whether you’re the early bird AM shift greeting breakfast travelers or the PM ambassador guiding evening diners, your mission is to create a warm, uplifting experience where guests feel seen, cared for, and welcomed. Think of yourself as the heartbeat of the restaurant — ensuring every traveler leaves with a smile.



Key Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & Guest Engagement:
• Greet guests sincerely, ask about their day or travels, and create a friendly, relaxed arrival experience.
• Front-of-House Presence & Flow:
• Circulate through the restaurant to check on table cleanliness, assist with clearing/resetting, and support waitstaff to keep service smooth.
• Grab‑and‑Go & POS Support:
• Help ring up at the grab‑and‑go station during peak times, restock items, and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Silverware Prep & Service Station Readiness:
• Keep silverware rolled and restocked, ensure host stand and service stations are organized and guest-ready.
• Food/Drink Running & Anticipatory Service:
• Run drinks and dishes when needed, offer refills or extras proactively, and take care of guest needs before asked.

• A natural smile, outgoing demeanor, and Southern charm.
• Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about guests.
• Ability to multitask in a busy airport environment.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Must pass TSA background check and secure airport badge.

• Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience).
