Compensation: $10 per hour plus tips.

Work Schedule: 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm.

Summary: The Guest Service Associate provides friendly, efficient hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering information about the hotel and local attractions.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients.
  • Greet guests within five feet, use proper etiquette, and use guests’ last names.
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles safely; assists with bell services and luggage.
  • Provides directions, taxi reservations, and other guest inquiries.
  • Explains parking rates, issues and collects claim checks, and maintains accurate ticket information.
  • Calculates and collects revenue when necessary.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.

Experience: One month related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Knowledge: Principles and processes for customer service.

Key Skills
  • Read and write standard English.
  • Understand simple instructions and correspondences.
  • Conduct basic arithmetic with money.
  • Know 24‑hour and military time systems.
  • Operate a manual transmission (desired).
  • Ability to perform parallel parking.

Physical Requirements: Regular talking, hearing, sitting, standing; may need to walk, run, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Travel: Up to 5 % may be required.
