Position Overview

As an In Room Dining Attendant at The Hermitage Hotel, you deliver polished, discreet, and highly personalized dining experiences within the guest’s private space. You serve as an extension of the hotel’s culinary and service philosophy, executing each interaction with precision, warmth, and respect for privacy. Your role ensures that in‑room dining is seamless, refined, and consistently aligned with the hotel’s highest service standards.

• Deliver in‑room dining orders with accuracy, proper timing, and impeccable presentation.
• Enter and exit guest rooms with professionalism, discretion, and respect for guest privacy.
• Set up and clear in‑room dining service with precision, including proper placement of tables, linens, china, glassware, and amenities.
