** What We’re Looking For**:
An experienced beverage service professional focused on creating exceptional guest experiences, expertly crafting signature cocktails and serving beverages with precision and flair. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong customer engagement skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team, the Bartender ensures a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every guest.

** What You’ll Do**:
* Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
* Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
* Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards.
* Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, and providing personalized service.
* Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options.
* Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, surfaces, and waste disposal.
* Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to avoid shortages.
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.
* Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices.
* Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
