Position: Supv Front Desk (194948)

Your day to day:

* Front Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the day-to-day operation, duties may include scheduling employees, monitoring performances, and recommending or initiating corrective actions and coaching.

* Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and resources to complete the job effectively.

* Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and are greeted properly upon arrival.

* Communicate and assist in achieving departmental guest satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals.

* Ensure procedures are followed for security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security.

* Interact with outside vendors and all internal departments.

* Manage labor costs and expenses within department.

* Assist with back up for PBX/shuttle and concierge positions when necessary.
