Puckett’s is seeking energetic, polished, and guest-focused AM and PM Receptionists to be the face of our restaurant inside BNA Airport. The receptionist plays a key role in delivering warm Southern hospitality, managing guest flow, and supporting front-of-house operations.

Receptionists at Puckett’s aren’t just greeters — they’re hospitality ambassadors, helping set the tone for each traveler’s dining experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

• Puckett’s Restaurant - Nashville International Airport (BNA), Post-Security.

• AM Receptionist: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• MID Receptionist: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• PM Receptionist: 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM.

Shifts may vary slightly based on flight schedules.

• Warmly greet and seat guests — Create a friendly, organized first impression; manage waitlists when needed.
• Direct guest flow — Coordinate with servers and kitchen to optimize table turnover and reduce wait times.
• Maintain hospitality at the door — Smile, answer questions, and represent the Puckett’s brand with pride.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables — Support the team during busy periods to keep the dining room clean and flowing.
• Assist with POS Grab & Go purchases, keeping hostess stand cleaned and stocked.

• Outgoing, warm, and highly dependable.
• Comfortable waking early (AM) or staying late (PM).
• Quick on your feet and organized in high-traffic times.
• A team player with a professional attitude.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.

• Must be able to pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge.
• Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with customer service or front-of-house restaurant work is a plus.
• Flexible and dependable for early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• $17-$18 hour, depending on experience and shift.
• Uniform provided.

This job is located inside the airport terminal and requires TSA clearance. Must arrive early and plan for airport security procedures.
