Night Auditor

Ensure accurate allocation of all revenue to the appropriate departments, reconcile revenue across departments daily, and complete all required reports in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis.
  • Verify and confirm the status of all wake‑up call requests, ensuring proper handling and follow‑up.
  • Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions completed during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly.
  • Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations for the day’s business.
  • Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively.
  • Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach.
  • Engage in all training and cross‑training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets.
  • Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Other duties as assigned by the leader.
Education and Experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Guest Service or Front Desk hospitality experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Position Requirements

Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
