About the Role: Banquet Server
As a Banquet server, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Guest Experience

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor.
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve food and beverages following established service standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Assist with replenishing food stations, buffets, and beverage stations as needed.
- Collaborate with banquet captains, culinary team members, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Breakdown and clean event spaces following functions.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain a positive, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist with moving and storing banquet equipment and supplies.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Service Certification, as required by local regulations.
