• Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
• Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
• Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
• Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
• Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.

All applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR, drug tests, and having a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Salary: $17 - $18 per hour
