LNCsearch is expanding its Technology Search practice. While many search firms focus on the “transaction,” we focus on the strategy
. We are seeking a sophisticated, high-energy professional to help lead Candidate Development and Executive Talent Mapping efforts.

In this role, you aren’t just a recruiter; you are a Market Architect
. You will own the most critical part of the executive search lifecycle: identifying, engaging, and assessing elite technology leaders who aren’t looking for a job, but are ready for the right mission. If you have the technical grit to and the emotional intelligence to manage high-stakes executive relationships, this is your next move.

• Executive Headhunting: Lead the “deep-dive” research and identification phase for retained searches, targeting elite VPs, CTOs, and Directors in the Technology and Health Tech sectors.
• Talent Mapping & Insights: Build sophisticated organizational maps of competitor companies to identify high-potential talent before they hit the open market.
• Complex Assessment: Conduct deep-level technical and leadership interviews to vet candidates against specific client cultural and operational needs.
• Storytelling & Engagement: Craft the compelling “pitch” that converts passive executive talent into active candidates for our most exclusive mandates.
• Strategy Partnership: Work side‑by‑side with our Client Partners to refine search parameters and ensure we are delivering a diverse, high-caliber shortlist.

• Experience: 2–5+ years of recruitment experience, with a heavy preference for search/delivery-focused roles in the Technology sector.
• The “Detective” Mindset: You enjoy the “hunt.” You know how to use Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, and proprietary databases to find top candidates.
• Communication Mastery: You can speak “Tech” fluently. You understand the difference between an SLM Engineer and a Cloud Architect and can articulate those nuances to candidates.
• Project Management: The ability to manage multiple high-priority search work streams simultaneously while maintaining a white‑glove candidate experience.
• Nashville Roots: Based in or open to relocating to Nashville, TN, and eager to contribute to our high-energy downtown culture.
