Base Pay Range$38.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Job Description- Hybrid
Schedule:
Onsite Mon and Fri – Remote Tues – Thurs - Location:
Nashville, TN 37217 - Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm CST
- Pay: $37.92 per hour
- Assist preparing test scripts.
- Assist with system data staging and setup.
- Assist with testing system changes and implementation of patch upgrades and custom enhancements.
- Track changes in previous behavior.
- Process and validate mass imports.
- Perform clean‑ups.
- Report on data discrepancies.
- Assist with documenting and maintenance of test plans.
- Deliver second‑tier HRIS support of the Lawson and Global HR systems.
- Assist with system configuration and setup.
- Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
- Interact and effectively communicate with internal business partners and the support teams for our software vendors while troubleshooting functional system issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- College Graduate Required – Undergraduate.
- Working knowledge of Lawson HRMS system or other HRMS systems.
- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, terminology, troubleshooting, and functional analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with and interacting in a team environment.
- Prior HRIS experience preferred.
- Ability to participate in change initiatives and deal with stress related to resolution time frames and competing priorities.
