ResponsibilitiesRequires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
- Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred.
- Workday or similar HCM experience preferred.
- Service Now experience preferred.
- Fortune/large company experience preferred.
