The Recruiter coordinates and utilizes the functional areas of recruitment to anticipate client requests for home care and staffing personnel. The recruiter will use experience and judgment to plan and continuously improve branch recruitment programs and processes, contributing to the company’s revenue goals through the performance of the outlined duties and responsibilities.

• Coordinate staffing requirements and provide recruitment assistance to the Agency Director, Regional Director, and Human Resources.
• Research a wide variety of resources to stay current on business, competitor presence, and industry trends.
• Drive the field recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, negotiating, and extending offers.
• Initiate and coordinate pre‑employment protocols and offer presentation process, including interviews, assessment testing, reference checks, and background checks.
• Complete initial screening of candidates, conduct reference and criminal background checks, assessment testing, orientation, and other aspects of the onboarding process.
• Maintain active employee files and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including direct sourcing/cold calling, networking, internal referral generation, job fairs, internet and intranet postings, and resume searches.
• Identify trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
• Audit new hire employee packets for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate general orientation of new hires by preparing all information, conducting the orientation session, processing I.D. badges, and addressing employee concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years’ experience in recruiting; experience in home care/home health is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Results‑driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism.
