Job Summary:

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Web Administrator to join their Communications team in Nashville. This role involves managing and optimizing the company's external website to support business development and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive day-to-day website updates including content management, imagery optimization, and layout modifications within Webflow platform

• Develop new pages and implement design enhancements using brand-compliant templates and established design systems

• Diagnose and resolve complex website functionality issues, bugs, and technical challenges to maintain optimal user experience

• Monitor site health metrics and performance analytics to ensure fast load times, reliability, and seamless functionality across all devices

• Analyze user behavior and recommend strategic improvements to enhance navigation, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance

• Implement comprehensive SEO best practices including page structure optimization, metadata management, and content discoverability strategies

• Utilize Google Analytics and performance monitoring tools to track key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

• Partner strategically with HR team to maintain dynamic, engaging careers page content that attracts top talent and reflects company culture

• Coordinate development and deployment of targeted landing pages and microsites for marketing campaigns, events, and special initiatives

• Serve as primary liaison for website vendors, technical support, and third-party integrations to ensure seamless operations

• Manage complex integrations with external platforms and tools to enhance website functionality and user engagement

• Ensure consistent application of brand identity standards across all web properties and digital touchpoints

• Implement quality control processes to maintain content accuracy, visual consistency, and professional presentation

• Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to align website content with broader brand messaging and business objectives

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in web design, communications, marketing, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing websites in Web flow platform

• Advanced Webflow platform management and optimization

• Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices

• SEO fundamentals and implementation strategies

• Experience with third-party platform integrations and technical problem-solving

• Detail-Oriented Execution - Maintain exceptional accuracy and quality standards while managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines

• Independent Initiative & Collaboration - Demonstrate self-direction and proactive problem-solving while working effectively across departments and with external partners

• Technical Innovation & Continuous Learning - Stay current with web development trends, tools, and best practices to enhance website performance and user experience

• Project Management & Prioritization - Effectively manage multiple website projects, updates, and initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic business objectives

• Communication & Stakeholder Management - Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Preferred:

• Web content writing and blog management experience

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirements
