We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Engineer for the UMG Global Technology and Infrastructure team. Utilizing best practices and an ITIL approach, UMG is looking for a professional who evaluates the infrastructure organization’s processes to ensure they are efficient and compliant with internal policies and regulations. This role involves assessing IT controls, identifying risks, and providing support for remediation efforts to ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure processes.

You will need to have a proactive mindset to develop efficient goals across all functions to ensure a continuous high level of service is met. Develop and report on KPI’s and other operational measurements. Work with leadership to develop and track Service Improvement Plans. Implement AI to reduce toil in daily tasks.

** Skills/Abilities:
Highly efficient in prioritizing, organizing, and delivering responsibilities.

Ability to work on your own initiative while tracking goals and milestones across multiple teams.

Self-reliant with ability to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of security concepts firewalls, encryption, identity and access management. Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Power Shell). Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

A minimum of five years of experience in the IT operations industry with at least three years directly working in audit management position with similar responsibilities.

Experience with security/compliance tools such as Splunk and Prisma Cloud. Thorough knowledge of IT operations, information technology best practices, and industry trends.

Proven ability to work effectively within and across diverse global teams, developing & maintaining collaborative relationships, and leading team meetings in-person or remotely.
