Responsibilities & Qualifications

Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot.
Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
Build and maintain solution related documentation.
Enterprise technology experience is recommended.
Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud development experience
Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
Eager to learn new applications and technologies
