Director, SAP S4 Public Cloud Professional Services (PSA) Lead

HANA Public Cloud implementation and Professional Services (PSA) to deliver top-tier value across the client ecosystem.

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud Professional Services (PSA) Engagement Management, including project setup, resource planning and billing.
• Ensure seamless integration between Engagement Management and Finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash).
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales to define integrated processes supporting project lifecycle.
• Apply SAP Public Cloud best practices for solution architecture and leverage SAP BTP and related technologies.
• Facilitate workshops with business leaders to validate requirements and align transformation objectives.
• Manage configuration, testing, cutover and delivery activities for Engagement Management and Finance integration.
• Collaborate with data teams to define data models, mapping and migration strategies for engagement and finance data.
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum 15+ years consulting experience in ERP and finance transformation.
• At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud implementations with Finance integration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading at least six full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on professional services engagement management and financials.
• Exceptional program management and delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs.
• Proven leadership driving finance transformation and team performance.
• Ability to travel as needed;
  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
