Senior Associate – Global Transaction Analytics
Join Alvarez & Marsal as a Senior Associate in our Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice. In this role you will help clients achieve success across the entire transaction lifecycle by applying data‑driven insights to pre‑deal diligence, post‑acquisition performance, and other key areas.

Responsibilities- Assist with numerous client engagements across industries.
- Facilitate day‑to‑day client interaction and relationship building.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Recruit, train, and nurture junior staff.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services.
- Experience in buy‑side/vendor due diligence and understanding of the M&A/PE lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and/or Power BI, big‑data and machine‑learning concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication.
- Exceptional project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced team environments and as an individual contributor.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $130,000 annually (adjusted by education, experience, location and performance). A&M offers a discretionary bonus program and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
