About the Role

LSS Strategic Partners (an A&M Inc. company) is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Manager to enhance our brands’ online visibility across multiple sectors, including legal, talent, and private wealth. This position is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, capable of crafting engaging content, analyzing engagement, and bringing innovative ideas to grow our audiences. You will oversee daily social media activities, shape brand stories, and work with internal teams to maintain a consistent digital presence across our portfolio of high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across Linked In, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain detailed content calendars for multiple business units.
  • Write, design, and schedule posts that reflect each brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful online community interactions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with overall communications and marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualize and produce digital content, including posts, infographics, short videos, and stories.
  • Work with internal subject-matter experts and designers to bring campaigns and storytelling initiatives to life.
  • Repurpose long-form content (articles, webinars, market reports) into social-first formats optimized for engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.) using tools such as Linked In Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly social performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously test and optimize post types, timing, and messaging based on analytics.
  • Support integrated digital campaigns, including thought leadership, webinars, announcements, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Partner with the communications and marketing teams to amplify PR initiatives across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or creative partners when needed.
  • Identify new opportunities for engagement, including emerging platforms, trends, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay current on best practices and evolving social media algorithms.
  • Advocate for innovative digital storytelling that enhances brand credibility and reach.
What We’re Looking For
  • Background: 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
  • Creative & Visual: Strong understanding of content design principles, storytelling, and platform aesthetics.
  • Copywriting

    Skills:

    Excellent writer with a knack for concise, engaging, and on‑brand messaging.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into improved strategies.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Proactive & Organized: Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and manages multiple priorities.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent tools.
