• Design & deploy virtual server platforms from the ground up
• Execute flawless OS upgrades and maintain ironclad patch compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact, complex issues under pressure
• Manage the full asset lifecycle — from rack‑and‑stack to decommission
• Champion high‑availability & disaster recovery architectures
• Enforce best‑practice configurations across the fleet

• 5+ years as a System Administrator in enterprise environments you’ve seen it all and fixed it
• Deep expertise in Windows + Linux administration AD, GPOs, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, DFS, web services — you speak fluent infrastructure
• Virtualization mastery — Hypervisor management, snapshots, vMotion/live migration, & network integration
• Lifecycle leadership — from physical install to end‑of‑life you own the journey
• High‑availability & DR experience — failover clusters, replication, backup/restore — you keep the lights on
• Best‑practice discipline in security, performance, scalability — build it right the first time
• 24x7 on‑call availability (rotational) — you’re the hero when systems need you
