• Develop, modify, and maintain People Soft Financials applications to meet business needs and use technical and functional knowledge of People Soft Financials (AP, GL, AM, People Soft Security Administration)
• Configure system settings and test functionality within Oracle People Soft, as well as analyze existing processes and implement innovative solutions to support finance teams
• Function as a subject matter expert on People Soft functionality to assist users in researching and resolving business process issues as well as streamlining business processes.
• Enhance and optimize existing functionality using People Tools, People Code, and Application Engine
• Utilize strong SQL programming skills to support and enhance People Soft applications, ensuring data accuracy and performance
• Assist with data cleanup and system maintenance activities
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to People Soft Financials applications
• Work proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain application performance
• Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
• Provide support during system rollouts and ensure a smooth transition for end users

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 and integrated development environments including People Tools, People Code, Application Designer, Data Mover, Configuration Manager, Application Engines, SQR, SQL, and nVision.
• 3+ years of finance experience or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on software trouble shooting experience
• Working technical knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
  Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Data Warehousing, COBOL or any other People Soft technical area
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and coordinate multiply projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment

• Experience with tools such as Peoplesoft, Clarity PPM, JIRA, etc.
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
• A strong desire to learn
