Hybrid IT Support Technician

Pay Range

This role offers a base salary of $80,000 per year. Additional compensation may vary according to skill and experience.

Full‑time position based in Tennessee, primarily in or around Nashville. Occasional travel to other Tennessee locations and the Memphis area may be required.

We offer a defined career path:
Technician → Integrator → Engineer → Consultant. Employees may work remotely or onsite with clients. As you progress you may handle larger clients and specialize in IT areas such as security, networking, or cloud.

We are hiring an experienced technician at the Integrator level. The role is hybrid: remote troubleshooting with onsite visits as needed. Requires 4+ years of Tier 3 support or a specialist role experience.

• Week 1 – Shadow and Learn:
  Introduction to processes, systems, and support tools.
• Week 2 – Shadow and Start Doing:
  Active troubleshooting and onsite visits.
• Week 3 & 4 – Do and Observe:
  Full ticket handling, onsite work, and consistent time tracking.

Billable hours target:
Week 1 = 0 hours, Week 2 = 12 hours, Week 3 = 20 hours, Week 4 = 26–30 hours.

• 5+ years in Office 365 and Windows Server environments
• 5+ years of firewall troubleshooting (Sophos, Cisco, Sonic Wall, Watch Guard)
• 5+ years of network setup (installing APs, switches, firewalls)
• Extensive virtualization and networking experience
• Strong customer‑service orientation

• Bachelor’s degree
• IT certifications
• MSP experience
• Health/medical IT experience

• Set up customer networks (cloud to local)
• Windows Server installation and configuration
• Configuration maintenance and support for access points, firewalls, switches
• Remote troubleshooting and onsite support as required
• Monday‑Friday schedule with one Saturday per month for the first 18 months
