• Support development, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting for critical internal applications.

• Centralize technical intake and support across the team to reduce fragmented processes.
• Build integrations across tools, systems, and data sources (e.g., APIs, automation flows).
• Develop reusable development components that accelerate future delivery.
• Partner cross‑functionally to support broader business operations efficiency and initiatives.
• Identify technical development opportunities to simplify, automate, and consolidate.
• Serve as the team’s central technical lead supporting multiple work streams.
• Create scalable solutions that reduce reliance on multiple specialists.
• Lead ongoing system enhancements, optimizations, and additional automation efforts.
• Provide technical expertise for future tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations.

• 5‑7+ Years of development experience in general purpose languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integration, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem‑solving and solution‑design mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technical environments.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with business stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, communications, and organization skills.

• Experience with APEX is a plus.
• Experience in data workflows, system administration, or process automation.
• Background supporting business operations, analytics, or enterprise systems.
