• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local and remote networks.
• Audit network connectivity across multiple locations and ensuring documentation is correct.
• Document and improve internal procedures.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and software licenses.
• Provide service desk help in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service desk.
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Document ticket resolution for tickets assigned in the service desk.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Utilize advanced knowledge on identifying potential company issues based on tickets or system alerts to create policies and processes on how to remediate and be proactive with the issues.
• Utilize training to learn new technologies and techniques that can be used in the organization to improve customer service and satisfaction.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate or 2–3 years relevant work experience.
• Documentation skills.

• Additional Cisco Certified Associate certificates.
• Linux.
• Network automation or general automation skills.
• Python experience.
