Are you currently transitioning from the US Armed Services and seeking a training assignment in the Financial Services Industry? UBS is seeking individuals like you to participate in our Skill Bridge training program. Only transitioning service members approved for DOD Skill Bridge will be considered. You will be an active service member during the assignment and not employed by UBS.

Responsibilities- Take responsibility for delivering smaller projects or work streams with a focus on high‑quality outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing tracking and review of project health and performance, reporting progress and recommending changes.
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
- Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders across GWM Americas, in a structured manner.
- Work effectively with diverse teams to develop the best solution.
- Actively contribute to the strategy and ambitions of Group Internal Consulting.
- Salary range (Weehawken): $80,000 to $100,000 per annum.
- Additional incentive compensation may be provided.

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS.
Qualifications- University degree, higher education, or equivalent qualifications.
- Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in project, strategy, change, or business management roles.
- Initial experience solving business problems and liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem‑solving, pragmatic attitude.
- Familiarity with key operating model aspects and processes of financial institutions, with hands‑on experience in optimization projects.
- Good banking process and product knowledge in Wealth Management.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders across hierarchy levels.
