Overview
Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. In this role you will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives, providing assistance through a collection of offerings to help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices covering a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
BasicQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 3+ years of any combination of application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing experience
- 3+ years of cloud computing technologies experience
- 1+ year in automating security operations including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code
- 1+ year in advanced incident response to lead response efforts including leading detection and analysis efforts and managing eradication processes
- Experience with designing and building application using AWS services such as Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes
- Experience in automation through devops scripting (e.g., shell, python, ruby, powershell)
- Experience with compliance & security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred
- Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions (e.g., WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, SIEM)

Salary and BenefitsBase salary range:
Colorado $131,300 – $177,600 annually;
National $118,200 – $204,300 annually.
