Project Manager, IT Consultant

Job Description:

Need Infra Technical PM for planning and driving the Site Migration Cutovers in terms of Network, Hybrid Compute and EUC.

• Responsible for all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project and lead and direct the work of others.
• Contribute to the creation of an IT Infrastructure Project Management Office (IPMO).
• Work on project plans consolidation to provide insight into Infrastructure's priorities, dependencies, and resource demand. Reports, presentations, and policies will be created for executive review.
• Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects.
• Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects.
• Assume the responsibility of project delivery to the best satisfaction of the customer.
• Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Offshore PMs and provide a consolidated view of the Sites Migration cutover.
• Plan and participate in the Site Migrations and ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with Vendors/OEMs/Customers/Internal Team on procurement and delivery of the HW.
• Coordinate on the deliverables and billing.
• Provide weekly project status reports and prepare executive leadership reports.
• Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's in Computer Technology or related field.
• PMP/SAFe, Scrum Certification required.
• Expert in IT Technical Project Management.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, SAFe, Scrum.
• Understanding of IT platforms, such as Wintel, Client, Data Center, Storage, Network, SharePoint, MS-TEAMS, and Telephony & Video Infrastructure services.
