Vice President of Strategy and Data Analytics

This hybrid position is based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, requiring on-site work Monday through Wednesday.

Role Overview

The Vice President will lead strategy and data analytics functions, work with C‑Suite leaders, and drive transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy team to set 2030 enterprise strategy, manage annual goals, and track execution.
  • Support annual strategic planning cycle, drive facility‑level growth initiatives, and present to senior leadership and Board.
  • Deliver facility‑level strategy sessions with facility leadership and physician partners to define 3‑year growth plans.
  • Partner with C‑Suite executives to identify strategic questions and provide data insights.
  • Oversee analytics team to integrate data insights into core operations, build analytical tools, and promote data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Drive advanced analytics frameworks, including AI and predictive modeling, to support strategic, financial, and operational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team, build organizational capabilities, and create a culture of data exploration and disciplined execution.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership and Board, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or related master’s degree in data analytics.
  • Minimum 10 years progressive experience in strategy and analytics, including leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in management consulting with a top‑rated firm strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare services and deep experience with healthcare data and analytics solutions required.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, vision‑setting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
  • Expertise in data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent cross‑organizational communication and executive presence.
