  • Architect End‑to‑End Solutions:
Design and document robust, standards‑based architectures for cloud and hybrid CMS, ensuring compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Integration Leadership:
Oversee secure, bi‑directional integration with external systems (e.g., payment processors, law enforcement, health/social services), leveraging APIs, middleware, and secure data exchange protocols (such as Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or equivalent).
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with court leadership, IT, vendors, and external agencies to align technical solutions with business goals, facilitate requirements gathering, and communicate architectural decisions.
  • Risk & Compliance Management:
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and develop mitigation strategies for all system interfaces and data flows. Ensure all integrations and system components meet legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
  • Implementation Oversight:
Guide the configuration, customization, and rollout of the CMS, including data migration, user acceptance testing, and go‑live support. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
Monitor emerging technologies, threats, and best practices. Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of security, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Develop and deliver training for administration, maintenance, and extension of integration features to empower client staff for long‑term independence.
