Senior Associate, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Join KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Identity and Access Management within our Global Technology & Group. This role focuses on ensuring robust IAM processes and compliance across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage quarterly access recertification campaigns to ensure IT compliance with SailPoint.
  • Prepare compliance reporting and evidence management.
  • Collaborate with leadership, third‑party vendors, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical IAM requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problematic application integrations.
  • Work effectively with virtual and geographically diverse teams.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of recent experience with SailPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience of three years.
  • Passion for IT compliance focusing on identity and access controls, including mitigation experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Service Now, Cyber Ark, and Linux.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship (KPMG will not sponsor visa for this opportunity).
Employment Type

Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.
