Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services sector, is seeking a Service Now Consultant to join their team. As a Service Now Consultant, you will be part of the IT Operations Management support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Now Consultant

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate tools such as Dynatrace, Solar Winds, Alert Site, and Service Now modules (CMDB, Event Management, CSDM).
• Work closely with customers to drive Event management, Service Now CMDB accuracy, CI Mapping, and automation across hybrid environments.
• Oversee analysis and identification of automation opportunities, developing and deploying automation scripts and workflows.
• Architect and maintain a governed CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices, ensuring accurate service mapping and CI relationships.

• 7+ years of experience in ITOM architecture, preferably with Service Now.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace, Solar Winds, Alert Site, and other observability platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and Change Management processes.
• Certification in Service Now or Observability Tools is preferred.
