Position: Project Management (Software Delivery)
Target Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant

This is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville office. Candidates need to live in the area and be able to come into the office or visit client sites as required for training, meetings, events, and other in-person needs.

What You'll Do

* Oversee a portfolio of projects and/or product deliverables from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration and consistency, coordination of shared resources, and alignment with client goals

* Maintain client relationships and keep stakeholders engaged to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle

* Develop detailed project plans, tailoring methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to define scope, budget, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, financial reporting, and strategies

* Proactively monitor, identify, and address risks through status reporting and issue management to ensure delivery success

* Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple disciplines

* Partner with engagement leads, stakeholders, and technical and business consultants to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes, balancing strategic intent with executional excellence

* Mentor and support project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

* Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring

* Experience in technical project or product management, preferably in a consulting environment

* Retail industry experience is preferred but not required.

* Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and knowledge of how to apply them pragmatically

* Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between client vision, business value, and executional strategy while mitigating any risks or concerns

* Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements

* Demonstrated experience in all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including the identification of the business case and development of a strategic project plan

* Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or leading AI-based solutions (preferred)

* Excellent client engagement and communication skills; ability to navigate complexity and build trust
