• Help clients understand best practices in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to maximize data quality and compliance.

• Spot strategies, risks, and options for master data management, recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their business needs.

• Lead, coach, and advise project staff, managing performance and fostering growth within the team.

• Design and prototype MDG solutions, providing clients with options and innovative approaches.

• Set up, configure, and test SAP MDG systems; understand and apply SAP methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of MDG initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

• Use your business acumen to kick‑start transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform‑led, with a focus on data governance and quality.

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP MDG best practices across projects and teams.

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.

• Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience, with at least 1 year focused on SAP MDG or master data management including experience in design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP MDG objects and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

• Proven track record integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI) and third‑party systems.

• You have strong knowledge of SAP MDG functionalities, including data modeling, process configuration, and data quality management.

• You have experience integrating MDG with supply chain, finance, or retail master data processes.

• You can articulate business objectives, configure solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• You excel at managing and delivering complex projects in a collaborative, problem‑solving environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
