Job Title: Service Now Developer

Location: Evendale, OH (On-site)

• Configure and develop on the Service Now platform, including routine changes and configuration adjustments
• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the Service Now platform
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of Service Now applications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to perform upgrades, patching, and system updates across different instances
• Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and operational administrative tasks as needed

• At least three years of experience with Service Now Platform Administration
• Current Service Now System Administrator certification
• Strong experience in system administration and Java Script
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose performance‑related problems
• Experience working in Agile environments
