Summary

We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Information Technology to lead our IT organization through the next phase of digital transformation. This executive will oversee enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and innovation across our healthcare network—ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with patient care goals.

Salary: $160-175k + 20% bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven success leading large-scale IT transformations and managing complex, regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare systems (EHRs, ERP, data analytics platforms, clinical applications).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports organizational growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and interoperability across all clinical and business systems.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive digital innovation, including EHR optimization, cloud migration, analytics, and patient engagement tools.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Lead IT governance, budget planning, vendor management, and enterprise architecture.
• Mentor and develop IT leadership teams; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, telehealth, interoperability solutions) to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
