Job Summary

The Director - AI Solutions Engineering leads the team in developing strategies that drive innovation and efficiency, overseeing the design and maintenance of technology systems to support business operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with standards. Additionally, the Director drives continuous improvement in technology processes, mentors the team, and provides strategic insights to the executive team through technology metrics and reports.

Role Description
  • Lead the technology team in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems and infrastructure to support business operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to drive successful technology initiatives and projects.

  • Drive continuous improvement in technology processes by leveraging new technologies and best practices to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all technology activities.

  • Lead efforts in change management, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

  • Prepare and present technology metrics and reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

  • Mentor and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Identify and mitigate technology risks to safeguard organizational interests and ensure business continuity.
