• Manage and maintain existing knowledge documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create and organize new knowledge documents to support organizational needs.
• Promote training and effective use of the knowledge management tools across teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge management system.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to enhance information accessibility.

• Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ITSM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and IT concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
