On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a SAP HCM Lead III for a contract opportunity in Nashville, TN.

Able to work with business stakeholders who already have their provider (Epiuse) for SAP HCM functional.

Skill around conceptual design, able to make recommendations.

Should have broad exposure to SAP HCM in areas such as Payroll, Time, PA, and OM.

Exposure to ATS, Success factors “cloud type, non-SAP”.

Should be able to tap into client's thought leaders in the HCM area (value add).

SAP HCM Lead III Mandatory Skills

7+ years of experience with SAP HCM.

Very strong verbal and communication skills.

Must be politically savvy and able to navigate thru ambiguity.
