This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN, requiring three days per week in the office. Qualified applicants in Houston, TX may be considered.

• Analyze, develop, and improve process flows.
• Collaborate with business users to identify, define detailed requirements and use cases, and design continuous improvements.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder collaboration, and support design, build, and testing.
• Provide data migration support pertaining to EWM/MM.
• Implement best practices in process design to enhance operational efficiency, and provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Ability to design and implement warehouse processes using EWM best practices.
• Experience with EWM master data (product, inventory, resources).
• Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or Associate Degree with minimum 6 years work experience.

• Implementation experience in SAP MM in addition to SAP EWM.
• Strong proficiency in the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA) Model.
• Experience with SAP EWM, Business Process Design, and Process Design Mapping and Analysis, and intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
• Experience in a full life‑cycle SAP EWM implementation.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing industry setting.
