What You'll Do

As part of a senior team that has scaled 400+ eCommerce brands, you'll own paid media strategy and execution in a fully client-facing role. You will work directly with clients to build growth strategies and lead media buying across paid social and paid search. You will be buying media with your own hands - hands on keyboard.

  • Lead growth strategy, media planning, and pacing across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google Ads.
  • Work closely with the creative team to direct asset development aligned with campaign strategy.
  • Execute and manage all campaign builds and daily optimizations hands-on.
  • Prepare client-ready reporting that highlights performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Attend and lead client calls; present strategy clearly and follow through on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Email/SMS, UGC, Ad Creative, Design, Dev) for holistic growth execution.
  • Own revenue performance and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

  • Strong communication and alignment with your Pod Leader and internal teams.
  • Clear, strategic media plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Campaigns that hit performance targets across MER, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue goals.
  • Clear, confident communication with clients through dashboards, reporting, and calls.
  • Continuous optimization and testing that improves results month over month.
  • A professional, reliable, and expert presence with clients who should view you as a strategic partner, not just a media buyer.
