The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing Quaver Ed’s website experiences to drive lead generation, trial conversion, and overall marketing performance. This role combines analytical insight, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization to improve how users discover, engage with, and move through Quaver Ed’s digital funnel. Working closely with design, email, and campaign teams, the Performance Marketing Specialist uses data, testing, and continuous improvement to support measurable growth outcomes across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Website Optimization
  • Support the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of Quaver Ed’s websites to improve lead generation, trial conversion, and overall performance.
  • Conduct website audits, QA testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze website, funnel, and trial performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and recurring performance reports for marketing leadership, highlighting insights and trends.
Conversion Rate Optimization & Testing
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Apply data-driven insights to support ongoing testing and optimization efforts.
SEO & Content Visibility
  • Execute and refine on-page SEO strategies, including metadata updates, keyword optimization, internal linking, and content enhancements.
  • Use SEO and analytics tools to monitor rankings, site performance, and competitive benchmarks, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor emerging best practices for optimizing content visibility within AI-powered search and answer platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), and support website and content updates accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Web Design & Digital Marketing Assistant by providing input and recommendations on layout, UX, and optimization needs.
  • Partner with Email and Campaign teams to align website experiences with broader marketing initiatives and trial follow-up strategies.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
  • Stay current on website optimization, analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices, applying new approaches where appropriate in support of team goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO, analytics, or growth-focused marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, lead funnels, and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and apply judgment to develop actionable recommendations.
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills & Attributes
  • Proficiency with Word Press or similar content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Semrush or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • General comfort working with basic HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail).
  • Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the Quaver Ed campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
