Job Description
As a Service Logistics Functional Consultant , you will be the subject‑matter expert guiding our clients through the design and implementation of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud. You will work directly with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, configure solutions, integrate with inventory and finance, and ensure successful go‑lives.
This role requires deep knowledge of service, field service, subscriptions, spare parts, depot repair, returns management, and service logistics processes as well as hands‑on expertise with Oracle Fusion applications.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and requirements analysis for service
, parts management
, returns, depot repair, and billing - Design end‑to‑end service logistics flows integrating Oracle Service, Field Service, Inventory, Order Management, and Finance
- Configure Oracle Service Logistics Cloud including:
- Part reservation & fulfillment
- RMAs and returns
- Inventory and depot setup
- Costing and billing integration
- Collaborate with technical teams (OIC, integrations, reports) to deliver seamless solutions
- Support testing cycles, data migration, and user training
- Provide post‑go‑live hyper‑care and resolve logistics‑related issues
- Document best practices, configuration, and reusable solution patterns
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on service logistics trends and best practices
Must‑Have:
- 5 years of functional experience in Service Logistics, Order Management, Parts Management, Depot Repair, or Reverse Logistics
- Hands‑on experience configuring or implementing Oracle Service Logistics Cloud (or related Oracle SCM modules)
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Service and Entitlements, Parts management, and field‑to‑finance logistics
- Experience with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Service, Field Service
, and related integrations - Proven ability to run workshops, perform gap analysis, and document solution designs
- Excellent communication and client‑facing consulting skills
- Oracle certifications in SCM / Service Logistics/ Service/Field Service
- Experience in industries with heavy service logistics (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, medical devices, telecom, HVAC, industrial equipment)
- Knowledge of contracts, warranty, and SLA‑driven logistics
- Exposure to AI/ML for parts forecasting, predictive service, or logistics automation
- Familiarity with OIC, APIs, or event‑driven integration patterns
Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
