We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team s position is responsible for creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing installation, operational, and maintenance manuals for product customer deliverables.

• Document and maintain technical data related to the manufacturing and integration of product lines.
• Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to develop product documentation.
• Produce documentation that is responsive to use cases.
• Author documentation in Adobe Robo Help, have knowledge and use of GIT, Visual Studio Code, SharePoint, Windchill, and Azure Devops tools.
• Work under general supervision on large projects, manage multiple assignments independently, and track and report status on project progress to key stakeholders.
• Explain and interpret processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area.
• Gather cooperation from SMEs regarding processes, practices, and procedures.
• Solve problems drawing from prior experiences and with analysis of the issues.
• Adhere to a style guide, peer review others’ work, and take feedback on quality and accuracy of own writing.
• Manage data to support engineering and technical writing deliverables using Windchill and Creo View.

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  Skills:
• Experience with Windchill and Creo View.
• Experience with single source authoring.
• Experience in Agile, iterative development, and/or SCRUM development.
• Experience documenting software releases, interactive technical manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Training Materials, and Help Sites.
• Experience with software code, especially HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON.
• Knowledge of data management practices and configuration management documentation.
