Job Responsibilities Drive end-to-end Net Suite implementation projects, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that advance operational and financial goals.

Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Net Suite modules and customizations, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices.

Design and implement system integrations, customizations, and workflow automations to streamline and scale business operations.

Enable client end users and internal team members through training, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support with Net Suite functionality.

Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements.

Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre-sales support when needed.

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Net Suite experience, including leading and supporting implementations. Proficiency with Net Suite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics

Experience with Net Suite features and related add-ons such as ARM, Multi-Book, WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, RF-SMART, Net Gain, and others.

Net Suite certifications, such as, Suite Foundation, Net Suite Administrator or Net Suite ERP Consultant certifications.

Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with up to 50% in-office or client-site presence.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with business process design, change management, and data migration.

Background in professional services or consulting environments.
