Задачи- Coordinate the service and act as the main point of contact for the client
- Plan and monitor service activities
- Coordinate the project team and stakeholders from participating entities
- Manage project incidents, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare progress reports and executive reporting
- Participate in coordination meetings and review committees
- Supervise the quality of deliverables
- Support the implementation and adoption of the observability and cybersecurity solution
- Coordinate service transition, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in the ICT field
- At least 3 years of professional experience managing, coordinating, or supervising technology projects
- Experience with project office projects, operational deployment management in the last two years, monitoring, ICT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and tracking activities
- Ability to communicate with technical and business leads
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and progress documentation
- Catalan certification at C1 level or higher
