案件の内容
トレーディングカード領域のtoC向けサービスにおいて、マーケティング戦略の立案から実行までを一気通貫でご担当いただきます。
主目的はユーザー獲得と売上最大化で、データドリブンな広告チャネル最適化や運用方針の設計・改善を推進します。
運用型広告（Google/Meta等）のKPI設計・入札/配信最適化に加え、クリエイティブ企画やコピーのディレクションにも関与いただきます。
さらに、季節施策や各種プロモーションの企画・実行において関係各所と連携し、施策全体をドライブいただきます。
事業拡大フェーズにつき、裁量大きく施策設計・改善に取り組める環境です。
求めるスキル- toC領域での広告運用経験
- Google広告およびMeta広告の実務運用経験（1年以上）
- マーケティングにおける企画立案や戦略策定の経験
- 広告クリエイティブの企画およびディレクション経験
- マーケ起点で事業グロースを牽引したい志向・オーナーシップ
